Rhapsody Resort - Official, Gold Coast

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The apartment had incredible ocean views and was spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. Unfortunately, it was marred by cleanliness issues, including dusty surfaces and unwashed items left from previous guests. While the amenities were quite good, the service could have been better, especially with issues like Wi-Fi outages and room readiness. Overall, it offered good value for money considering the amenities and view, but attention to detail in cleanliness is definitely needed.

I had an amazing stay at Rhapsody with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the crowds. The rooms were modern and well-kept, though the cleanliness could have been improved upon check-in. The location is not too far from the main restaurants, but the distance became a bit cumbersome during rainy weather. Overall, it's a nice spot to relax, although they could improve on service aspects like key management.
